How It Works
We take a root-cause, mineral-first approach to understanding your health. Rather than guessing or chasing symptoms, we begin by looking at what your body is actually telling us and we do this through functional lab testing.
Step 1:
Start with Mineral Testing - $350-$400
All new clients begin with a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis Test (HTMA). This allows us to assess your mineral and heavy metal status, stress patterns, hormonal imbalances, gut health, blood sugar, adrenals, metabolism, digestion, and underlying imbalances.
Step 3:
Implement with Support
Your initial package includes 30 days of messaging support so you can confidently implement your protocol and ask questions along the way. Your package also includes a 6 week follow-up call so we can make sure everything we are implementing is working, you are seeing an improvement in symptoms, and reaching your goals.
Step 5:
Ongoing Support
For those who would like continued guidance before your 6 week follow-up appointment or after your 30 day messaging window closes, we offer ongoing support options including monthly messaging support ($29/month) and follow-up calls ($75). This allows us to continue refining your protocol and supporting you as your body changes over time.
While many clients see meaningful shifts within their first protocol, continued support and retesting often lead to the most consistent, long-term results.
Test Interpretation
$250 + $149 for any additional lab added on
Once additional labs are in, you will meet with Dr. KP to review them via phone or video chat. She will send you a detailed interpretation + protocol prior so you can come to your appointment prepared with any questions or support you need.
Step 2:
Build Your Protocol
Once your results are in, you'll receive a personalized protocol designed around your health history, body, symptoms, and goals covering nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle support.
Step 4:
Retest + Refine
$250
Healing is a process. We typically retest every 3-5 months to track progress, make adjustments, and continue moving forward with clarity. If additional labs are needed, we will make those recommendations to you.
Additional Testing
(If Needed)
$80-$500 per test
In more complex cases, additional functional testing may be recommended to provide further insight. This can include hormone, gut, genetics, Bioresonance Scans, and other speciality labs. These recommendations are always based on your individual symptoms and needs. We never order labs at random and are very intentional with implementation strategies.
Step 6: Choose Your Plan
You have the option of Pay As You Go once you order your Initial HTMA Package. You can schedule follow-up appointments as often as you'd like or opt in to our monthly Support Membership for $29/month. If you need even more support, we offer two main packages you can view below:

Every meltdown, mood swing, anger outburst, and hyperactive moment is your child's body communicating a need. Through Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) testing, we uncover the mineral patterns influencing your child's mood, focus, and nervous system.

This functional wellness section helps parents move from confusion to clarity, identifying imbalances behind symptoms like ADHD, picky eating, eczema, developmental delays, gut issues, and behavioral challenges. You'll receive a personalized plan to support your child's brain, body, and behavior naturally while restoring peace at home.
Order Any Functional Labs
You don't have to wonder what's really going on inside your body. Test don't guess is our motto! Through Rupa Health, you can order any functional lab you'd like — from hormone and gut testing to genetic and mold panels — and pay the lab directly to receive your test kit and run your samples.

Once your results are in, you'll have the option to schedule a Lab Review with Dr. KP. Together, we'll interpret your results, connect the dots between your symptoms and your biochemistry, and build a custom nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle protocol to help you move forward with confidence.
HTMA Testing for Horses
