How It Works
1 // Order Your Test
Choose the test(s) that best fits your symptoms.
2 // Take Your Sample
Our team will ship your test kit to your door or email with instructions for taking your sample. You will also receive a prepaid shipping label to send your sample to the lab. In-person lab tests are required for Food Sensitivity and the Metabolic Panel as both of these require a blood draw.
3 // Get Your Report, Custom Protocol, and Support
We never hand over raw data without a report to go along with it because we know how confusing looking at results can be. You will receive a written report with explanation of your results, connection to symptoms, and a custom protocol detailing your next steps. This covers nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations. Our goal is to help you not feel overwhelmed by information and give you a clear action plan forward to help you feel better and improve symptoms!

HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS BEFORE GETTING STARTED?

WHAT IS HTMA TESTING?
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a non-invasive test that provides valuable insights into your body’s mineral balance and overall health. By analyzing a small sample of hair, HTMA reveals hidden mineral deficiencies and toxicities that could be contributing to your health challenges, including behavioral issues, hormonal imbalances, gut problems, and more. Unlike standard tests, HTMA goes beyond surface-level symptoms, uncovering the root causes of imbalances. This allows me to create a personalized wellness protocol designed specifically for your needs, addressing the issues that are holding you back from achieving lasting health and well-being.
