I believe the body was designed with intention. Healing doesn't come from a practitioner, a protocol, or a supplement. It comes from returning to the foundations—how we live, how we nourish, how we interact, how we care for the body we've been given. Through curiosity & radical responsibility, we re-learn how to listen, how to support, and how to steward our health well. I am not the healer. I am a guide—someone who helps you see what's been overlooked and return to what is foundational. True healing belongs to God. When we align the body with the way it was created to function, we create the environment for that healing to take place.

VALUES
1 // Curiosity
I value a posture of curiosity because the body is always communication and there is always more to uncover. Curiosity is what allows us to ask better questions, to look deeper instead of settling for surface-level answers. To stay open when something isn't working, rather than forcing what isn't aligned. It requires humility and willingness. It creates the space for true discovery, where patterns are seen, connections are made, and new ways of supporting the body can take root.
2 // Radical Responsibility
I believe we are called to steward our health, not outsource it. Healing doesn't begin with a protocol, it begins with ownership. Ownership of our habits, our environment, our patterns, and the way we respond to what our body is communicating. This isn't about blame. It's about empowerment. When we take radical responsibility, we stop searching for someone to "fix" us, victim mindset, and begin participating in our own healing. We become active, aware, and intentional in the way we live, nourish, and care for ourselves.
3 // Integrity
I believe in alignment, between what is said and what is done. Integrity means showing up honestly, even when it's not the easiest path. It means being transparent, grounded, and intentional in every recommendation, every conversation, and every interaction. I will never recommend something for the sake of doing more. I will always return to what is true, what is foundational, and what is in your best interest. I believe trust is built through consistency and consistency is built through integrity.
4 // Trust
I believe trust is something that is built through presence, consistency, and care. To me, this means showing up fully for each client. Following through, listening closely, and holding space with intention. It also means creating an environment where you feel safe to share, to ask questions, and to move through your healing process without pressure. Trust is not rushed, it is built over time and I honor that process deeply.
5 // Empathy
I meet people where they are—with compassion, understanding, and without judgement. I know what it feels like to struggle. To feel dismissed and to search from answers only to come up empty. Because of that, I don't approach this work from a place of authority over you but from a place of walking alongside you. Your story matters, your experience is valid, and you deserve to be supported in a way that feels safe, seen, and understood.
MY STORY

I was born and raised in Naples, FL, where I grew up riding and showing in the equestrian world since six years old. Horses taught me discipline, intuition, and how to listen beyond what's seen—lessons that still shape the way I practice today. Outside of my work, you'll usually find me with my dogs—Callie and Marley—visiting my Hackney Pony, Tribute, spending time outdoors, traveling, tending to my plants, baking, or visiting local wineries.
I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at 12 years old after years of unexplained symptoms—digestive issues, skin reactions, anxiety, panic attacks, dissociation, hair loss that no one could fully connect. Alongside that came multiple food allergies and ongoing health challenges (PMDD, endometriosis) that left me feeling like my body was constantly working against me. I was dismissed, misdiagnosed, and told versions of "this is normal" more times than I can count. But it wasn't.
I also experienced firsthand what it feels like to be misunderstood. I was diagnosed with dyscalculia after years of being labeled "slow", "lazy", and "unmotivated". In reality, my brain simply processed information differently. I struggled with numbers, focus, and school-related anxiety, challenges that were never truly supported in the way they should have been. That experience shaped everything.
Today, I advocate for children who are overlooked, mislabeled, or struggling beneath the surface. I believe these children require deeper, interdisciplinary support and that nutrition and mineral balance are often missing pieces of the conversation.
Over time, my symptoms only became more complex. Ranging from gut issues to severe anxiety, panic attacks, and nervous system dysregulation that completely disrupted my daily life. I tried everything I was told to try: supplements, protocols, different approaches, muscle testing, chiropractic, but nothing addressed the root or fixed my symptoms. Until I reached a point of complete surrender. I stopped trying to figure it all out on my own and turned to God and that's when everything shifted. Through that surrender, I was led to minerals and eventually training under Dr. Rick Malter, PhD in Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA). For the first time, my symptoms made sense. And more importantly, I had a path forward.
