Do I need a doctor's order or clinic visit? Nope. Your test kit comes right to your door, and you collect your sample at home.
Is this for kids too? The DUTCH Complete can be used on individuals above the age of 12. Whether you're cycling, navigating perimenopause or menopause, healing postpartum, or coming off birth control and wanting to see your true picture, the Hormone Analysis meets you where you are. Wherever you're at, we'll get clarity — and a plan.
Can I test internationally? Yes!
Can I do this if I'm on hormonal birth control? The DUTCH won't show your true hormones while you're on hormonal birth control, since it suppresses your body's own production. If you're coming off, we'll time your test for after — reach out via our email and I'll guide you.
Will I get a plan I can actually follow? Yes. Your custom protocol covers nutrition, lifestyle, and supplements, and we walk through all of it together on your call.
What if I'm on medication? Totally fine! I'm a food-first practitioner so a majority of my recommendations will hone in on your diet + lifestyle + nervous system. Supplements are recommended but optional. If you make a note in your health history your medication and dosage I always make sure that supplements will not interact.
When do I collect my samples? Timing matters, especially if you're still cycling, there will be instructions provided in your test kit that tells you exactly when to test if you still have your period and what to do if you have irregular periods or are postmenopausal.
What if my regular labs come back "normal"? That's exactly why the DUTCH is so valuable. It shows what standard testing misses, including how you metabolize your hormones and your full adrenal pattern.
