What to Expect
Whether you're local or telehealth, we strive to make your experience simple, supportive, and secure.
In-Person Appointments
If you're local, you may schedule an in-person visit at our office in Blairsville, GA. You'll receive your personalized folder and all materials directly at your appointment and inside your Practice Better portal.
Telehealth Appointments
If you are not local or prefer to meet virtually, you can opt for a telehealth session conducted by phone or secure video chat through our HIPAA-compliant portal, Practice Better. You'll receive the same level of care and attention as in-person visits from the comfort of your home.
Before Your Appointment
Once you schedule your appointment, you'll receive an email with instructions to create your Practice Better account. Inside your portal, you'll find two important forms:

Please complete both forms at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If the forms are not completed within that timeframe, we'll kindly ask that your appointment be rescheduled to allow adeauate time for review and preparation.
Payment Information
An invoice will be created once your appointment is scheduled. You're welcome to pay this invoice as soon as you receive it, or you may submit payment at the time of your consultation. Providing payment in advance helps ensure a smooth check-in process and allows your full appointment time to be devoted to your care. Please keep in mind we are a cash-based practice and do not accept insurance. We can accept HSA/FSA, cash, check, and all major credit cards.
