Discovery Call (20 minutes)
- Free
- A complimentary call to discuss your health goals and determine if we're the right fit to work together. This time allows you to ask questions about my process and next steps for functional testing and mineral balancing.
Initial Consultation (60 minutes)
- $150
- A full intake session to discuss your symptoms, health history, and goals. This session is the foundation of your care plan and determines which testing or protocols are best suited for you.

Consultation to Review Lab Results + Custom Protocol (60 minutes)
- $150 (+$90 for each additional lab interpreted and protocol created)
- This appointment includes a full review of your test results, an explanation of what they mean for your body, and your personalized protocol.
Expanded Follow-Up (45 minutes)
- $100
- For deeper discussion, multiple symptom updates, or when reviewing new data that requires extra time and support.
Follow-Up Appointment (30 minutes)
- $75
- For reviewing progress, making adjustments to your protocol/supplement plan, or addressing ongoing symptoms as your body continues to rebalance.
Office Hours (15 minutes)
- $50
- Designed for brief check-ins between appointments or when small adjustments are needed to your current protocol. Not intended for full follow-ups, new concerns, or lab reviews.

I do my best to make labs as affordable as possible although I have no control over set laboratory fees. I do not upcharge labs for this reason however, I do charge a $30 processing fee to account for necessary processing and paperwork on my end.
