this course was created to help you start where you are. not everyone needs to jump immediately into testing, supplements, or demanding protocols. sometimes the first step is learning how to support the body through nourishment, rhythms, nervous system support, minerals, and sustainable habits.

DO I NEED TO COMPLETE HTMA TESTING OR OTHER LAB WORK BEFORE TAKING THIS COURSE?

no. the Foundations Course was specifically created for individuals who are not ready for testing yet, want to begin foundational support first, or are looking for a lower investment option before moving into HTMA or advanced functional lab testing. for many people, this becomes the starting point before deeper testing or the only road they need to go down to resolve symptoms. if you do decide to move forward with HTMA testing, you can use code FOUNDATIONS for $ off your package!

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMPLETE IT?

this course is self-paced. move through the modules at a pace that works for your current season of life. some women may choose to move through lessons weekly, while others may revisit modules over months or return during future seasons. 

IS THIS A QUICK-FIX PROGRAM?

nope! if you are looking for a large supplement protocol, immediate results, or a quick solution this course will not be a good fit for you. we believe in building foundations, implementing sustainable changes, and creating long-term wellness. 

IS THIS LIKE WORKING WITH YOU 1:1?

no. the course is designed to provide education, practical tools, and foundational support. while many people experience meaningful changes through implementing foundations, this course does not replace individualized care, testing, or medical guidance. 

IS THIS ONLY FOR WOMEN PREPARING FOR PREGNANCY?

no. while much of our philosophy centers around preparing the woman before preparing the next generation, this course was created for women in many different seasons of life. whether you are newly married, single, postpartum, struggling with symptoms, in perimenopause, or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself and your health foundations — this course was designed for you.

many people begin with Foundations and later choose to move into HTMA testing + individualized care. no — and you should be very cautious of any practitioner, coach, or educator who promises guaranteed healing, symptom resolution, or a specific outcome. we are not God. no ethical practitioner can guarantee the healing of any symptom, condition, or diagnosis because every body is different and outcomes depend on many factors including:
